Introduction
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the website, which is located at a1autorental.gr.

Your use of the website constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Terms of Rent

1. Guide: The minimum age is 23 years.
   
2. Driving license: It is required to present a valid diploma issued at least 1 year ago. Citizens of non-EU countries are required to have an international diploma together with the presentation of a regular diploma as well as a passport.
   
3. Calls – Fines: Calls and fines from administrative violations are borne by the tenant.
   
4. Method of payment: Payment is made by Credit / Debit Card or by deposit in the Company’s Bank account.
   
5. Cancellation: Up to 14 days reservation free cancelation: or changes if available.
   
6. Fuel: The renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel he received. In case of receipt of the car with less petrol than the starting petrol the customer will be charged the fuel difference.
   
7. Extension of time: For the extension of rental time, the tenant must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance.
   
8. A1autorental insurance, COVERAGE: Material damage to third parties per accident. Material damage from uninsured vehicle, roadside assistance, fire safety. DOES NOT COVER: Total or partial theft of the car, theft of personal belongings on or inside the a1autorental vehicle, death or personal injury of the driver of the a1autorental vehicle. The tenant is responsible up to the total commercial value of the car at the time of the accident or theft, traffic lights and mirrors, bottom of the car.
   
9. Loss or destruction of a key. In case of loss or damage of a key during the rental, then the tenant will bear the cost of replacing the key.
   
10. No appearance of the tenant: In case the tenant does not pick up the car within the agreed time, then a1autorental reserves the right to cancel the reservation after 4 hours.
    
11. Car interior: Causing damage to the car interior at a cost of more than € 150, is not covered by any insurance. In case the car is returned with stains or dirt inside, then the tenant will bear the cost of cleaning the vehicle.
    
12. Delivery and receipt of the car. Upon receipt of the car, the tenant agrees that he carefully inspected the car, performed a test drive, found it to his absolute liking and received it unreservedly. At the end of the lease the tenant is obliged to return and deliver the car to the Company.
    
13. Personal Data: The Tenant agrees to the detailed registration of his personal data on a computer. It is expressly agreed that the Lessor has the right to use this information, when the Lessee during the lease makes untrue statements or violates the terms of this agreement and to transmit this information to the Authorities of the country in case of suspicion of criminal or another offense.
    
14. Transfer abroad & ship: In all cases the ownership of the cars belongs to a1autorental and their transfer outside the Greek Border and their loading on a ship without the written consent of the Company is expressly prohibited. Any dispute arising from the lease falls under the jurisdiction of the Karpathos courts.
    
15. Taxes: Rental prices are charged with 24% VAT.
